Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MODEFY UNIFORM so if you are not satisfied with a product, we want to make it right! As long as the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and has not been damaged from wearing, please send back to us within 14 days of your USPS delivery date. If you'd like to contact us prior, please send an email to: hello@modefyuniforms.com. We usually reply within 24 hours. 

Postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the item was received as faulty and any product that appears to be worn will be sent back to the customer.

Please note that we do not allow for returns or exchanges on International orders.

In order to process returns and exchanges, you MUST have the following in your package being sent back to us:

• The packing slip
• A note stating the reason for the return/exchange. For exchanges, please let us know what size & color you'd like.
